Mpasatia (Ash) Oct. 01 GNA – In a gesture of compassion and kindness, Mrs. Evelyn Bridget Prempeh, the Principal of the Mpasatia D/A Basic ‘A’ School located in the Atwima Mponua region, has been offering a daily financial assistance of Ghc200.00 to four orphans attending the school.

She has also supplied educational resources worth Ghc200.00 to every student.

The contributions were made via the Bridgeeto Carlos Foundation, a local non-governmental organization in the region, which she established.

Mrs. Prempeh stated to the Ghana News Agency, following the presentation, that students aged 10 to 12 in grades four and five required assistance to keep pursuing their education.

She mentioned that, despite her organization’s efforts to assist orphans, disadvantaged children, and teachers in underprivileged areas, she chose to include those individuals in her school.

She stated that the goal of the Foundation was to encourage diligence, dedication, and commitment among both students and educators, thus fostering high-quality education in the region.

She praised the Foundation’s sponsors, particularly Madam Rosina Boakye, her fellow student, who was pursuing better opportunities in the United Kingdom (UK) for this act.

Mrs. Prempeh urged other generous individuals and groups to assist the Foundation in helping numerous students and teachers in underprivileged areas.
